How does the wellbeing weekend work?

Arrival is typically throughout the afternoon to evening of the Friday.

Structuring you individual wellbeing weekend.

You have made the decision to have a relaxing weekend where you can receive some hypnotherapy to help you make some changes in your life.

We will have already discussed in a free telephone consultation the type of therapy that is best for you and what we can achieve throughout the weekend.

You chose from the list of activities that you would like to do throughout the weekend to accompany your therapy. The weekend is flexible and it is possible to change your mind once you arrive. You can do as much or as little as you like, simply choosing from relaxing around the retreat to country walks or visiting the beautiful Lichfield cathedral and city centre. Your itinerary is then given to you on arrival this will include your hypnotherapy appointment, meal times, pick up times and scheduled down time.

A scheduled trip to and from a lovely little local pub in the nearby village just a few minutes away this is planned for the Saturday night, where you enjoy a two course meal and three drinks of your choice inclusive of the price. You may decide you just want to relax at the retreat and make use of our resident chef and this is absolutely fine.

Sunday morning after breakfast brings a fun small group session,�� learning some important strategies and tools to use in life to overcome difficulties that may sometimes occur, life coaching skills and the extremely valuable tool of self hypnosis.

Depending on the time you plan to leave on Sunday other individual or group activities will take place throughout the afternoon.

This is also a good time to have some individual one on one time with Carly to ensure you feel relaxed, equipped and ready to go home to be the best you can be.
